Johnson Controls seeks a Senior Project Engineer to lead engineering across iREF MEA projects, ensuring technical compliance, timely deliverables and seamless integration between design, procurement and site execution.

The role includes pre-sales support, design reviews, and startup/commissioning guidance, coordinating with consultants, suppliers, and field teams to protect margins and meet client specifications.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Refrigeration or Mechanical Engineering.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification.
• Minimum five years of experience in industrial refrigeration or large EPC projects.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Proven ability to lead design coordination and site support activities.
• Experience in Testing & Commissioning and documentation readiness.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate engineering activities across project phases to ensure timely technical deliverables.
• Ensure materials, drawings, and installations meet project specs and standards.
• Review IFC and shop drawings; provide clarifications to consultants and site teams.
• Prepare and track material submittals; support procurement with technical input.
• Provide technical leadership during start-up, commissioning, and issue resolution.
• Manage interfaces between design, procurement, QA/QC, and site execution.
• Support QA/QC inspections and NCR resolutions; protect project margin.
• Identify risks early and propose mitigation plans to protect schedule.
