Job summary

Aquarius Worldwide in Dubai is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator – Doors to own and manage industrial doors, docking systems, and high-speed door projects across the UAE. From sales handover to final delivery, installation and close-out, you will drive execution with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level engineering degree in mechanical or electrical field.
• Experience coordinating industrial door projects and teams.
• Proficient in reading drawings and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Act as project manager for assigned projects from sales intake to final handover
• Study project scope, specifications, drawings, and quotations in detail
• Plan and manage all project activities including procurement, installation, and close-out
• Prepare inputs for shop drawings, review, submission, and follow-up
• Conduct kick-off meetings, site visits, and site surveys
• Coordinate with customers to clarify scope, site readiness, and timelines
• Order products, follow up on deliveries, and update customers
• Coordinate with project teams, departments, contractors, consultants, and end users
• Inspect sites for clearances and finish requirements before mobilization
• Lead installation teams across Emirates in the UAE
• Ensure quality checking during installation and final delivery
• Ensure HSE awareness and implementation at all project sites
• Handle export project coordination when required
• Manage complete project documentation including shop drawings and manuals
• Prepare project reports for Technical/General Manager
