Job summary

Client of Dynamic Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced HSE Officer/Lead HSE for the Oil & Gas field with GCC experience. Responsibilities include training teams on HSE practices, leading incident investigations, risk assessments, audits, and reporting, and ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years GCC experience in Oil & Gas, strong analytical skills, and proven communication and report-writing abilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor s degree in engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or related field.
• NBOSH IGC Certified (Level 6 preference)
• ISO 45001 Lead Auditor

Responsibilities

• Train and coach teams on HSE practices.
• Experience with incident investigation, risk assessments, audits, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and technical report-writing skills.
