Job summary

Dautom is seeking a Lead Generation / Business Development Executive to drive new business in Dubai. You will target IT staffing and staff augmentation services, engaging IT Heads, HR Directors, and Procurement Managers to understand hiring needs and close deals.

Based in Dubai, you will build a robust sales pipeline across the UAE/GCC, collaborate with recruiters to deliver timely solutions, and strive to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Immediate notice period preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of BD experience in IT Staffing / Staff Augmentation in UAE/GCC.
• Proven success in lead generation and closing new business.
• Strong network of enterprise and mid-sized clients in UAE.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking and referrals.
• Identify, qualify, and acquire new clients for IT staffing and resource augmentation services.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across the UAE/GCC market.
• Meet with IT Heads, HR Directors, and Procurement Managers to understand hiring needs.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close new business opportunities.
• Work closely with recruitment team to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue targets.

Requirements:

• Strong network of enterprise and mid-sized clients in the UAE.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of ERP, Cloud, AI, Cybersecurity, or Application Development is an added advantage
