Job summary

STRUCTURAL is seeking a General Superintendent to lead field operations across UAE projects. You will collaborate with Project Managers and senior leaders to plan, schedule, and execute complex repair and maintenance work, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate brings 12+ years in construction with strong field-management experience, including multiple concurrent projects, and a proven ability to read drawings and manage crews to high standards.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of general construction experience with 5+ years in field management (Foreman/Asst. Superintendent).
• Experience in repair projects: concrete repair, structural strengthening, waterproofing, corrosion control, façade restoration.
• Proven ability to manage 3–8 projects simultaneously depending on size/complexity.
• Ability to oversee field operations and multiple levels of field managers.
• Read, interpret and execute construction drawings and contract specs; resolve discrepancies.
• Commitment to safety and operating principles.
• Experience producing look-ahead schedules and handling related documents.

Responsibilities

• Work with PMs and leaders to support STRUCTURAL projects.
• Participate in pre-project and pre-task planning and disseminate details to field teams.
• Motivate and coordinate field crews across project activities.
• Ensure crews operate tools and equipment safely, properly, productively.
• Provide training to field managers and crews.
• Assist PMs in evaluating production rates and progress.
• Complete essential project paperwork clearly and accurately.
• Interview and hire new field employees.
• Lead the Company's Safety 24/7 culture.
