ChillBase Studio in Dubai and Limassol seeks a Head of Game Economy to lead the development of the game economy and ensure consistency across the product. The role requires coordinating with designers, developers, and product managers to balance virtual currencies, IAPs, pricing, and funnels, while building strong teams.

You will drive a data-driven approach, design economic systems, and oversee live-ops with large player bases. Hybrid work options and relocation support are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in lead/head/product owner roles in economy or balance.
• Strong understanding of F2P monetization in mobile games (virtual currencies, IAP, pricing, funnels).
• Experience working on MMOs or games with complex multi-layer economies.
• Strong systems thinking; understand how changes in one parameter impact the entire economy.
• Able to communicate economic requirements to designers, developers, and product managers cross-functionally.
• Experience building and developing teams.
• Experience as a product analyst is a plus.
• Personal experience playing life simulators, RPGs, or sandbox MMOs helps.
• Experience launching or rebalance of a live product with >1M players.
• Experience with player-driven economies including marketplaces, auctions, and P2P trading.
