Job summary

ART2HIRE invites you to lead the creation of a world-class Live Dealer studio in Dubai for an international iGaming project. This Head of Live Studio will design, launch and scale operations from scratch, shaping a high-performance team across dealers, production and IT.

You will recruit and lead global teams, develop a portfolio of live games, and implement top-tier compliance and security standards while overseeing budgets and KPIs to drive long-term growth. Equity and relocation are included.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior management in Live Dealer studios.
• Proven experience in launching or scaling large-scale live studios.
• Leadership of 100 staff.
• Strategic hands-on leadership style.
• Fluent English.

• Design launch and scale Live Studio operations from scratch.
• Recruit and lead global teams (dealers management production IT).
• Develop and launch a portfolio of live dealer games (Roulette Blackjack game shows etc.).
• Implement compliance security and world-class operational standards.
• Manage budgets KPIs and long-term growth strategy.

Requirements

• 5 years of senior management in Live Dealer studios (Evolution Pragmatic Ezugi etc.).
• Proven experience in launching or scaling large-scale live studios.
• Leadership of 100 staff.
