Chillbase is seeking a Producer Meta to own the Meta direction for OneState and drive long‑term player engagement in collaboration with a cross‑functional team. You’ll shape meta progression, social mechanics, and systems that impact the player experience and growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a Producer or Product Owner in the gaming industry.
• Strong product mindset — ability to identify growth opportunities, formulate and validate hypotheses, and make data‑driven decisions.
• Experience shaping product strategy and roadmaps — translate business and product goals into clear priorities for the team.
• High level of autonomy and strong ownership — take responsibility for outcomes and drive initiatives from idea to execution.
• Cross‑functional leadership experience — align Product, Game Design, Development, Analytics, and other functions around shared goals.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills — structure team workflows and prioritize initiatives based on impact and cost.
• Fluent Russian

• Work with core economic loops within a large‑scale Open World project.

• Drive discovery and explore new solutions — analyze player behavior, identify opportunities to evolve the meta gameplay, and validate product hypotheses.

We’re now looking for a Producer Meta to take ownership of the Meta direction in OneState and drive its development in close collaboration with a cross‑functional team.

The role covers the product areas beyond Gameplay and Monetization, including meta‑systems, progression, social mechanics, engagement, and other systems that shape the long‑term player experience and product growth.

What you will be doing

• Design and develop meta systems that drive long‑term player engagement and progression.

• Experience working on mobile games
