Al Ghurair Contracting and Engineering Works LLC is seeking an experienced senior professional to lead high-end fit-out and interior construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture and demonstrates excellent communication and leadership skills with 8–10 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the Fit-Out/Interior Construction industry.
• Proven experience managing commercial, residential, and high-end fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, budgeting, and client management.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Responsibilities
