Job summary

Rayfitout Contracting LLC in Dubai is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to lead and coordinate interior fit-out, civil, and MEP projects, ensuring seamless execution from site to handover.

You will review shop drawings, manage schedules, RFIs, and daily reports while collaborating with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to uphold quality and client satisfaction. Immediate joiners UAE/GCC preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in fit-out, civil, and MEP projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and project reporting tools.
• Strong knowledge of high-end residential and commercial fit-out projects.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred; immediate joiners highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate interior fit-out, civil, and MEP projects.
• Review shop drawings, specifications, and material submittals.
• Prepare and update project schedules, daily reports, and resource plans.
• Conduct site inspections, manage RFIs, and ensure quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Support the Project Manager in client coordination and documentation.
