Harjai Computers Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Estimation Manager to lead the tendering and cost estimation function for utilities infrastructure projects across the UAE.

The role requires managing multiple bids with strict deadlines and delivering competitive proposals. You will review tender documents, BOQs, and contracts, coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Planning, QS, and Operations, and develop cost databases and value engineering solutions to optimize project costs while

Qualificações

• Experience leading tendering and cost estimation for utilities infrastructure.
• Extensive bid experience for water, sewerage, power, district cooling, and telecom networks.
• Skilled in reviewing drawings, BOQs, specifications and contract conditions.
• Ability to develop cost databases and pricing strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the estimation process from tender receipt to bid submission.
• Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs, specs and contract conditions.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates, pricing strategies, and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Planning, QS, and Operations for inputs.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and validate BOQs.
• Obtain quotations from subcontractors and suppliers and evaluate offers.
• Analyze risks and opportunities during bidding.
• Develop value engineering solutions to optimize costs without compromising quality.
• Prepare tender clarifications and participate in pre-bid meetings.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and estimation procedures.
• Maintain an updated cost database for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Present bid summaries and recommendations to senior management.
• Support negotiations with clients post-tender.
