Job summary

LINEA Projects in Dubai seeks a seasoned Cost Estimator to develop and oversee all cost estimation activities for complex construction projects. You will partner with project managers and engineers to collect data, define scopes, and ensure estimates align with requirements.

As a leader, you will mentor a team of estimators, drive process improvements, and uphold accuracy under tight deadlines. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Construction

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of cost estimation experience in construction or engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Detail-oriented with strong focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.
• Experience on large-scale commercial or infrastructure projects is advantageous.
