Responsibilities

Architect and lead the development of scalable high‑performance digital banking platforms ensuring robust and secure customer experiences. Drive technical strategy and roadmap for digital channels aligning with business objectives and emerging technology trends. Mentor and manage a team of engineers fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from design and development to testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of digital solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience building and scaling digital products in banking or fintech environments.
• Strong experience across onboarding, payments & transfers and services, banking, cards, digital channels, onboarding, BPM, and payments ecosystems.
• Proven track record leading engineering teams delivering complex, large‑scale platforms.
• Deep experience working in Agile, product‑centric environments with cross‑functional squads.
• Hands‑on exposure to leading‑edge technologies in mobile and web development.
• Proven experience building, mentoring, and scaling high‑performing software engineering teams.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, APIs, cloud‑native architectures, and platform engineering.
• Strong execution leadership with the ability to deliver complex technical initiatives from strategy through production.
• Experience driving cross‑functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Security, and Operations.
• Data‑driven decision making with a strong ownership mindset, balancing technical excellence, customer impact, and business outcomes.
