Responsibilities

• Architect and oversee the development of scalable and robust AI/ML systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor a team of AI Engineers, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing environment.
• Define and implement AI strategy, identifying opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
• Drive the end‑to‑end lifecycle of AI models from data preprocessing and feature engineering to deployment and monitoring.

Qualifications

• Strong hands‑on engineering experience in banking, fintech, or regulated digital environments.
• Experience using AI‑assisted engineering tools such as Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools.
• Ability to use AI tools for rapid prototyping, code generation, refactoring, test creation, documentation, and code reviews.
• Strong experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Experience building responsive web applications, reusable UI components, API‑driven journeys, and progressive web applications.
• Native mobile capability using Swift for iOS and Kotlin for Android.
• Flutter experience is a plus for cross‑platform journeys, prototypes, or internal applications.
• Ability to work across frontend, backend services, APIs, authentication, validation, error handling, performance, observability, and release readiness.
• Understanding of secure coding, accessibility, automated testing, CI/CD, design‑system adoption, and production‑quality engineering for regulated financial services.
• Banking or fintech experience is mandatory; exceptional profiles from regulated industries may be considered.
