Job summary

GSSTech Group seeks a Senior Product Engineer with deep Finacle Core Banking experience to lead end-to-end implementations and customize enterprise banking platforms. The role demands hands-on scripting, strong PL/SQL development and proven ability to deliver complex integrations in large-scale Core Banking environments.

You will own design, configuration, and production support, coordinating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, reliable banking solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Finacle Core Banking implementation and support.
• Hands-on Finacle Scripting experience.
• Strong Oracle PL/SQL development experience.
• Expertise in Finacle customization and configuration.
• Hands-on in Menu Customization, API Integration, API Configuration, Batch Scheduling and Monitoring, Production Support.
• Strong understanding of Finacle architecture and application configuration.
• Experience integrating Finacle with third-party banking apps and enterprise systems.
• Experience troubleshooting Finacle production issues and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in end-to-end Finacle implementations, combining strong functional banking knowledge with hands-on technical expertise in Finacle Scripting, Oracle PL/SQL, customization, integrations, and production support.

The role requires ownership of solution design, stakeholder engagement, technical implementation, system customization, and successful delivery of enterprise banking solutions within large-scale Core Banking environments.

Required Technical Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Finacle Core Banking implementation and support.
