Job summary

Wood seeks an experienced Construction Manager to lead on-site activities for high-profile projects in Abu Dhabi. You will ensure timely delivery within budget, while upholding quality and safety standards across multidisciplinary teams.

Ideal candidates will have extensive Oil & Gas industry experience, excellent English communication, and a willingness to travel for multi-week site assignments across the UAE and beyond.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal form.
• Willingness to travel extensively for multi-week deployments.
• Proven ability to manage on-site teams and coordinate contractors.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for construction and contractor deliverables on-site.
• Supervises multiple disciplines on large projects and sub-projects.
• Manages cost and schedule for assigned on-site construction activities.
• Oversees installation, commissioning and completion activities.
• Coordinates field personnel schedules to maximize utilization.
• Ensures safety, quality and environmental responsibilities are followed.
