Job summary
KBR is recruiting a Lead Commissioning Engineer for Electrical & Instrumentation to support the ADNOC PMC project in Abu Dhabi. You will lead offshore and onshore commissioning activities, steering teams through pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up and handover, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
You will coordinate with engineering, construction, QA/QC, operations, vendors and client representatives, ensuring systems are energized and handed over on schedule.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 18-22 years of experience in Electrical & Instrumentation Commissioning within Oil & Gas, Offshore, LNG, Petrochemical, Refining, or EPC/EPCI projects.
- Minimum 5 years in a Lead Commissioning or Senior Commissioning Engineering role.
- Experience with ADNOC, Saudi Aramco, QatarEnergy, PDO, or major international operators is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead Electrical and Instrumentation commissioning teams throughout project execution.
- Develop commissioning strategies, execution plans, schedules, procedures, and system completion programs.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, QA/QC, Operations, Vendors, and Client representatives for readiness and handover.
