Job summary

KBR, Inc in Abu Dhabi invites an experienced Commissioning Manager to lead the offshore project readiness from pre-commissioning through handover to ADNOC Offshore Operations. You will drive commissioning strategy, planning, systems completion, and safety governance in a complex multi-discipline environment.

The role requires 15–20 years in Oil & Gas, with hands-on leadership of offshore EPC/EPCI projects, and strong knowledge of gas processing, utilities, and safety systems.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of Oil & Gas industry experience.
• 10+ years in Commissioning Management on major offshore projects.
• Experience with offshore EPC/EPCI projects and offshore platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning strategy for the offshore project.
• Establish commissioning philosophy, procedures and CEPs.
• Manage commissioning team, vendors and contractors.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction and operations.
• Oversee System Completion, Handover and Ready-for-Start-Up activities.
• Drive safety governance and PTW compliance.
