Job summary

NorthBay Solutions LLC is seeking a CRM Developer with 5–8 years of experience to design, build, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions for clients in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities include CRM customisation, plug‑ins, workflows, Power Automate automation, and data migration with integrations to external systems.

You will ensure quality, security, and maintainability while collaborating with functional consultants and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of Dynamics 365 CRM development experience.
• Proficient in CRM customisation, plug-ins, workflows.
• Experience with data migration and integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions based on requirements.
• Design plug‑ins, custom business logic, workflows, and CRM components.
• Build Power Platform automation, including Power Automate.
• Develop and support integrations between Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and external systems.
• Perform data migration, mapping, transformation, validation and migration activities.
• Troubleshoot issues related to CRM customisations, integrations, and automation.
• Follow standards to ensure quality, security, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, technical leads, and stakeholders.
• Prepare technical documentation and support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
