Job summary

ADNOC Onshore in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Digital Oil Field Engineer to optimize oil and gas field production. The role focuses on real-time modelling, reservoir monitoring, and applying smart well technologies to improve production performance.

You will work with Field Development, support pilot studies, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with ADNOC safety standards while driving continuous improvement in operating practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in relevant engineering discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of petroleum engineering experience.
• Experience with workover operations, well completion and testing.
• Knowledge of Digital Oil Field technologies and production optimization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Digital Oil Field projects and field operations.
• Develop and apply real-time dynamic models for reservoir optimization.
• Evaluate new technologies and oversee field trials.
• Provide technical guidance on remote monitoring and control.
• Support optimization of oil production, gas lift and injection.
• Lead staff development and knowledge transfer.
