Job summary

ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, is seeking an experienced Production Engineer to plan, coordinate and supervise rigless well operations, testing, stimulation and production optimization across oil and gas assets. The role focuses on maintaining and improving well performance and ensuring safe, compliant operations.

You will work closely with field operations, service contractors, and asset development teams to develop intervention programs, supervise wireline and logging

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in petroleum engineering, including workover, completion, well testing and production operations.
• Experience planning, coordinating and supervising rigless well operations, testing, stimulation and production optimization.
• Strong liaison with field operations and service contractors.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise and execute rigless operations, well testing and stimulation to optimize well performance.
• Coordinate with service contractors to implement approved intervention programs.
• Develop and supervise well testing programs including multi-rate tests.
• Review and interpret well test results and communicate findings to engineering teams.
• Monitor oil and gas production and injection performance and identify improvement actions.
• Maintain detailed well history and performance records.
