Job summary

Etihad is seeking a hands-on Data Science and AI professional to join the Solutions & Innovation team. You will own data science and ML projects from idea to production, supporting Etihad’s Revenue Management function and its in-house ancillary dynamic pricing capability.

You will lead model development, deployment and continuous improvement, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive measurable commercial impact and adoption across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, data science, statistics, mathematics or related quantitative field.
• 5+ years in data science, ML, AI or advanced analytics.
• Strong Python and/or R and production ML lifecycle experience.
• Experience with large datasets and scalable analytics solutions.
• Experience with Databricks and cloud environments (GCP/AWS/Azure).
• Strong project leadership and stakeholder management.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in business terms.
• Airline/travel industry experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead data science, ML and AI projects from ideation through deployment and productionisation.
• Develop ML models for dynamic pricing, forecasting, optimisation and commercial decision‑making.
• Advance our in‑house ancillary dynamic pricing capability.
• Identify AI/ML use cases to improve revenue generation and customer experience.
• Build analytical products and improve existing models.
• Test, validate and monitor models to deliver measurable business value.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Digital, Technology & Innovation and Commercial teams.
• Translate outputs into clear commercial insights for stakeholders.
• Move prototypes to production-ready solutions and drive adoption.
