Job summary

Hybrid Global Technology Solutions LLC in Dubai is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a focus on Banking and Cards issuing to lead techno-functional initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 10–12 years in banking, 8+ years in cards issuing, hands-on with Fiserv Vision, Way4 or HPS PowerCARD, and strong governance and stakeholder management to drive complex platform migrations.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of Business Analysis / Techno-Functional experience in Banking/Financial Services
• 8+ years of Cards Issuing experience across Credit, Debit, Prepaid, Corporate/Commercial & Virtual Cards
• Hands-on experience with Fiserv Vision, Way4, HPS PowerCARD or similar platforms
• Strong expertise in BRDs, requirements gathering, process mapping, data migration, interfaces & UAT
• Experience working with Visa/Mastercard, card processors & technology vendors
• Strong stakeholder management & requirements governance skills
• Banking transformation / Cards platform migration experience highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis and techno-functional design for banking projects
• Define BRDs, gather requirements, map processes, validate data migrations
• Collaborate with card networks and processors to ensure platform migration success
