Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Law or related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Extensive experience in governance projects with government entities in the UAE.
• Professional certification in Governance, Compliance or Auditing (e.g., ISO 37000 Lead Implementer, GRCP, CRMA) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review and enhance the organization's governance framework, policies, procedures and manuals.
• Design and maintain delegation of authority matrices and governance structures.
• Lead board and committee governance activities, including charters, agendas and monitoring decisions.
• Conduct governance maturity assessments and develop improvement roadmaps.
• Prepare governance, compliance and performance reports for senior leadership.
• Ensure alignment with UAE government standards and international frameworks (ISO 37000, 37301, ISO 31000).
• Identify governance gaps, assess risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with senior management to strengthen accountability and transparency.
