Job summary

SEGULA Technologies seeks an experienced Construction Manager to support supervision on a major utility-scale solar PV and BESS project in the UAE. You will oversee construction activities across PV, BESS and infrastructure, coordinate multidisciplinary site teams, and ensure schedules, quality and safety compliance.

Ideal candidates hold an engineering degree with proven utility-scale solar/BESS project experience and a track record in supervising EPC contractors.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in a relevant discipline.
• Proven construction management experience on utility-scale solar PV and/or BESS projects.
• Experience supervising EPC contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of construction sequencing, quality assurance and site safety.
• UAE project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction activities across PV, BESS and associated infrastructure.
• Monitor contractor performance, progress, quality and HSE compliance.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary site engineering teams.
• Review construction schedules, method statements and site progress reports.
• Identify construction risks, interface issues and corrective actions.
• Support inspections, testing and handover activities.
