Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Project Manager to oversee civil and structural steel construction projects in Dubai. You will lead planning, scheduling, budget control, and coordination between clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors to deliver safely, on time and within contract requirements.

The role requires 10–15 years’ experience in relevant projects, a civil/structural engineering background, and proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, and AutoCAD. PMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• PMP certification preferred.
• 10–15 years of experience in civil and structural steel construction.
• Experience in industrial, commercial, warehouse, factory, or high-rise projects.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, project planning, and cost control.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD or related CM software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project execution plans, construction methodologies, and work schedules.
• Review contract documents, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Establish project objectives, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Monitor progress against baseline and recovery programs.
• Identify risks and implement mitigations.
• Direct site construction activities and ensure proper sequencing to meet milestones.
• Coordinate steel fabrication, delivery, erection, and related civil works.
• Review and manage subcontractor performance and compliance.
• Handle contract administration and variation claims.
• Monitor budgets, cost reports, and cash flow forecasts.
• Ensure quality, safety, and environmental compliance.
