Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Project Manager – Steel to oversee end-to-end execution of steel structure projects, including HOT ROLLED and PEB structures. You will plan, coordinate and control costs while ensuring safety and quality compliance, working with clients and authorities as needed.

The ideal candidate has a Civil or Mechanical Engineering background with 12+ years of heavy steel project management experience, and familiarity with UAE regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (required).
• 12+ years of experience in steel structure project management.
• Experience handling large-scale steel projects.
• UAE project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of steel structure projects from award to handover.
• Plan project schedules, manpower, equipment and material requirements.
• Review contract documents, drawings, BOQs and specifications.
• Coordinate with design, fabrication, procurement and site execution teams.
• Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion within budget.
• Control project costs, variations, claims and change orders.
