Job summary

Mama Shelter Dubai is seeking a Senior Chef de Partie to own a station, lead junior chefs, and deliver dishes that meet the brand’s high standards. You will manage mise en place, stock, and presentation while maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment.

You will train Demi Chefs de Partie and Commis Chefs, ensuring quality, consistency, and teamwork across the kitchen. A passion for food and teamwork is essential.

Responsibilities

• Be the Senior on the Station: guide and train juniors.
• Keep an Eye on Stock: monitor stock and minimize waste.
