Job summary

HyperSpace in Dubai seeks an experienced Architect with strong Revit expertise to lead BIM projects from concept to completion for immersive spaces. You will develop high-quality designs, create accurate 3D models, and coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to deliver milestones on time.

The role requires 10–12 years of architectural design experience in the UAE, advanced Revit and AutoCAD skills, and a solid BIM workflow background.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–12 years of architectural design experience in UAE or similar markets.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is a must.
• Experience with BIM workflows, model coordination, clash detection, and validation.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating architecture, technical drawing, and problem solving.
• Professional Revit or BIM certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage architectural and BIM projects from concept to completion.
• Develop innovative designs and accurate 3D models and drawings.
• Coordinate BIM with structural, MEP, AVL, and other disciplines.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to meet milestones.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and local codes.
• Prepare submission packages for authority approvals and permits.
• Maintain BIM libraries and Revit standards.
