Job summary

builtroom in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a senior architect with 5–7 years of experience, including UAE projects. The ideal candidate will lead design development, produce drawing packages, and coordinate with BIM teams using Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Photoshop and Enscape/V-Ray.

You will coordinate across architectural, MEP and structural disciplines, work on fast-track, high-rise and commercial developments, and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in architecture, with at least 3 years on UAE projects.
• Strong design eye with proficiency in SketchUp, Rhino, Photoshop and Enscape or V-Ray.
• Experienced in coordinating across architectural, MEP and structural disciplines.
• Familiar with UAE regulations and authorities submission requirements.
