Job summary

HyperSpace in Dubai seeks an experienced Architect to manage architectural and BIM projects from concept to completion. You will create high‑quality designs, accurate 3D models, and detailed drawings while coordinating with engineers, contractors, and consultants to deliver immersive spaces on time.

Required are 8–10 years of UAE experience, strong Revit/AutoCAD skills, and solid BIM coordination. Knowledge of local codes and DM regulations is essential to ensure compliant submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• 8–10 years of architectural design experience in UAE or similar markets.
• Advanced Revit and AutoCAD proficiency is required.
• Experience with BIM workflows, model coordination and clash detection.
• Knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from concept to completion with high quality design.
• Develop 3D models and BIM documentation meeting local regulations.
• Coordinate BIM across structural, MEP, AVL, and other disciplines.
• Prepare drawings, schedules, and submissions for approvals.
• Attend consultant and site meetings and provide design reviews.
