Job summary

Bombardier’s new Abu Dhabi Service Center seeks an experienced B2 Aircraft Maintenance Team Lead to drive maintenance operations across the Gulf region. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will lead daily aircraft maintenance tasks, ensure safety, quality, and compliance with OEM instructions and regulatory requirements while coordinating with customers and project teams.

You must relocate to Abu Dhabi, be prepared for shifts and occasional travel, and hold a GCAA/EASA Part 66 B2/C license with

Qualifications

• GCAA/EASA Part 66 Aircraft Technician License (B2/C).
• Type-rated on Bombardier Global/Challenger aircraft.
• 8+ years of Bombardier Global/Challenger maintenance experience.
• 2+ years in leadership or supervisory roles in maintenance.
• Knowledge of Part-M and Part-145 regulations.
• Awareness of human factors and EWIS/CDCCL basics.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Willingness to travel and work shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily aircraft maintenance operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, on schedule, and compliant with regulations.
• Coordinate manpower, workload, overtime, and task assignments while optimizing resources.
• Provide technical leadership and troubleshooting support to maintenance teams.
• Supervise and certify maintenance activities, ensuring release to service according to approvals.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and expedite issues with Project Managers and stakeholders.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of maintenance docs, work packages, and records.
• Promote safety, quality, compliance, SMS, and environmental standards.
• Conduct internal and external audits and corrective actions as needed.
• Mentor and develop team members through coaching and training.
• Review project scopes and participate in planning and reviews.
