Job summary

Bombardier’s Abu Dhabi Service Center seeks a seasoned licensed aircraft technician to lead daily maintenance operations, ensuring safety, on-time execution, and compliance with customer requirements, OEM instructions, and aviation regulations.

The role requires relocation to Abu Dhabi, type-rating on Bombardier Global/Challenger, 8+ years’ experience, two years in supervision, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Hold a GCAA or EASA Part 66 B2/C license and type-rating on Bombardier aircraft.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience with Bombardier Global/Challenger aircraft.
• At least 2 years of leadership/supervisor experience in aircraft maintenance.
• Up-to-date knowledge of Part-66 Appendix I, Part-M, and Part-145 regulations.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily aircraft maintenance operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, on schedule, and in accordance with requirements.
• Coordinate and prioritize manpower, workload, and resources to optimise utilization.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and troubleshooting support to maintenance teams.
• Supervise maintenance activities and ensure airworthiness and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor, develop, and support team members through coaching and training.
