Job summary

Miral Experiences at Warner Brothers Abu Dhabi is seeking a Show Technology Team Leader to oversee daily maintenance and ensure reliable operation of AVL systems across rides and attractions. You will lead senior technicians, assign work, monitor uptime, and coordinate safety and quality, reporting to the Show Technology – Assistant Manager.

Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance, fault diagnostics, documentation, training, and alignment with SOPs.

Qualifications

• We expect a Diploma or Bachelor's in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5–7 years AVL technical experience with ride or attraction environments.
• 1–2 years in a senior technician or supervisory role.
• Strong English communication and ability to work under pressure.
• Hands-on troubleshooting across show control, projection, audio, lighting and AVL networks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise technicians during assigned shifts and allocate work orders.
• Monitor ride uptime and respond promptly to technical issues.
• Escalate major faults to the Manager when needed.
• Conduct shift handovers and maintain clear cross-team communication.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance per SOPs and plans.
• Verify work closure in CMMS and maintain documentation.
• Lead fault diagnostics for complex issues and provide feedback for improvements.
• Support installation and upgrade work under supervision.
• Enforce safety procedures and proper PPE usage.
• Provide training and onboarding support for new team members.
