Position Overview

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Assistant Manager Show – Performance Lake to join the resort’s Performance Lake team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily functioning of AV systems including sound, lighting, projection, and control networks (DMX, DALI, Art‑Net/sACN).
• Monitor and troubleshoot AV control systems (e.g., QLab, Crestron, Navigator CSC) for optimal performance.
• Ensure synchronization of multimedia elements in Performance Lake shows and immersive venues.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on AV equipment such as LED walls, speakers, projectors, and control gear; maintain accurate service logs, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Lead inspections to verify performance, safety, and compliance with brand standards and local regulations.
• Supervise AV technicians and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution.
• Support technical design reviews and installations for new entertainment projects.
• Collaborate with creative teams to assess feasibility and execute mock‑ups for new show concepts.
• Enforce safety procedures for rigging, flying systems, and aerial show equipment.
• Ensure all AV setups meet electrical safety standards and operational protocols.
