Job summary

Nordicrecruiters is seeking an AudioVisual Broadcast Manager to lead all live and studio AV operations in Ras Al Khaimah. You will oversee infrastructure, workflows and team performance, ensuring pristine broadcast quality in a cutting-edge environment.

You will coordinate with production and operations, mentor staff, maintain equipment records, and drive continuous improvement while working shifts as required. This role offers growth in a dynamic media hub.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in broadcast production AV engineering or similar technical roles.
• Strong knowledge of video/audio equipment, broadcast workflows and troubleshooting.
• Ability to lead a team, coordinate operations and maintain quality across shifts.
• Excellent written and spoken English for coordination with international teams.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends as live schedules require.

Responsibilities

• Oversee audiovisual infrastructure for live and studio productions.
• Coordinate signal routing, streaming, recording and output quality.
• Lead troubleshooting and maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Supervise AV/tech team, organize schedules and training.
• Collaborate with production and operations to plan sessions.
• Maintain documentation, inventory and compliance with safety rules.
