Job summary

LINKVIVA Live Communications seeks a proactive Technical Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and on-site delivery of AV, lighting, rigging, and show systems for high-profile events in the UAE. This hands-on leadership role ensures safety, quality, and flawless execution across all technical elements.

You will collaborate with production, creative, and vendor teams to align technical requirements with the overall event vision, driving excellence from planning through delivery on-site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical production for live events.
• Strong knowledge of AV, lighting, rigging, and show systems.
• Proven experience managing technical teams and on-site delivery.
• Relevant technical qualifications or certifications in event production.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Based in the UAE or open to relocation.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and live event schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of technical setups across live events, performances, and shows.
• Manage on-site technical teams, ensuring efficiency and adherence to safety protocols.
• Coordinate AV, lighting, rigging, and technical systems to ensure seamless integration.
• Oversee equipment planning, logistics, and inventory management.
• Lead on-site technical delivery, troubleshooting issues in real time.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to align on technical requirements.
• Ensure all technical elements meet quality, safety, and operational standards.
• Work closely with production teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs and plans.
• Drive continuous improvement in technical processes and delivery.
