Job summary

SGS is seeking a Freelance Lead Auditor and Tutor in Dubai, UAE to conduct external audits and deliver training on ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001. The role requires IRCA certification, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and proven QHSE auditing and training experience.

Responsibilities include audits, reporting, regulatory liaison, and updating training content. This is a contract-based on-site position with global exposure.

Qualifications

• Certified Lead Auditor in ISO 9001/14001/45001 or IRCA equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years in QHSE auditing.
• At least 2 years delivering professional training.
• Strong knowledge of QHSE standards and auditing techniques.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Proficiency with audit and training management software.

• Evaluate compliance with QHSE policies procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Identify nonconformities and areas for improvement; prepare detailed audit reports.
• Submit audit reports on completion of audits.
• Liaise with regulatory agencies as needed.
• Maintain uptodate knowledge of relevant standards and industry best practices.

As a Tutor/Trainer:

• Deliver training courses on ISO 9001 ISO 14001 ISO 45001 and auditing techniques.
• Develop training materials case studies and assessments.
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay current with changes in standards and update training content accordingly.

Qualifications :

• Certified Lead Auditor in ISO 9001 ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 (IRCA or equivalent).
  Recognized teaching or training qualification (e.g. Train the Trainer Level 3 Award in Education and Training).
• Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Engineering Environmental Science Occupational Health & Safety).
• Minimum 3years of experience in QHSE auditing.
• At least 2 years of experience in delivering professional training or tutoring.
• Strong industrial working experience in different sectors.
• Excellent working knowledge of management systems standards and compliance/auditing techniques
• Effective interpersonal skills; able to develop good working relationships with people at all levels
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of QHSE management systems and auditing principles.
• Analytical and detailoriented with strong reportwriting abilities.
• Proficient in using audit and training management software.
