Job summary

SGS is seeking a Freelance Lead Auditor and Tutor in Dubai, UAE to conduct external audits and deliver training on ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001. The role requires IRCA certification, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and proven QHSE auditing and training experience.

Responsibilities include audits, reporting, regulatory liaison, and updating training content. This is a contract-based on-site position with global exposure.

Qualifications

• Certified Lead Auditor in ISO 9001/14001/45001 or IRCA equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years in QHSE auditing.
• At least 2 years delivering professional training.
• Strong knowledge of QHSE standards and auditing techniques.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Proficiency with audit and training management software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct external audits in accordance with QHSE standards.
• Evaluate compliance with QHSE policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Identify nonconformities and areas for improvement; prepare detailed audit reports.
• Submit audit reports on completion of audits.
• Liaise with regulatory agencies as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of standards and industry practices.
• Deliver training courses on ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and auditing techniques.
• Develop training materials, case studies and assessments.
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback.
• Stay current with changes in standards and update content accordingly.
