Our client is renowned for delivering highprofile projects throughout the Middle East and is currently seeking a talented Lead Architect or Associate Architect eager to take the next step and relocate to Dubai.

Responsibilities
  • Drive the design and development of cuttingedge architectural projects aligned with client objectives and functional requirements.
  • Manage projects through all phases from concept to completion including site visits budgeting and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers designers and project managers to ensure effective coordination.
  • Present ideas and progress to clients integrating their feedback throughout the design process.
  • Use advanced software tools such as Revit to produce accurate 3D models and technical drawings.
  • Embrace sustainable design principles integrating environmentally responsible solutions across all projects.
Ideal Candidate
  • Experience working on projects in the Middle East or within the hospitality sector.
  • A Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture.
  • Architectural licensure or working toward licensure.
  • Proficiency in Revit and a strong command of design tools.
  • Solid understanding of building codes planning regulations and construction methods.
