• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field.
• 3–6 years of architectural design experience in contracting, construction, or consultancy environments.
• Experience in Civil, Residential, and Mixed-Use projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, space planning, and construction methodologies.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or related software.
• Familiarity with local building regulations and authority approval processes.
• Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment and manage multiple tasks.
