Qualifications

• Ph.D. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or AI-related discipline.
• 10–12 years of experience in AI research and product development.
• At least 3 years leading R&D teams or major AI projects.
• Proven ability to design and deploy large-scale AI models and systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive applied AI research roadmap and strategy.
• Architect and oversee generation of multimodal AI models and systems.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a multidisciplinary R&D team.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to deploy AI solutions.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and efficiency of AI deployments.
• Represent the company in external forums and partnerships.
• Measure impact through deployment success, IP generation, and satisfaction.
