Job summary

Quality Control Qube seeks a highly capable Full-Stack Software Developer to lead the technical development of an AI-powered QA and institutional effectiveness platform for higher education. You will work with the founder to transform the concept into a scalable SaaS product.

You will design and implement a modern web app, integrating AI capabilities, dashboards, and multi-tenant architecture for universities, colleges and programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-stack web development for SaaS platforms.
• Ability to design secure, scalable web apps and APIs.
• Experience integrating AI/LLM capabilities and document analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical development of the platform from MVP to production.
• Design and build a modern, secure, scalable web-based SaaS application.
• Develop both frontend and backend of the platform.
• Design and implement databases, APIs, authentication, roles and data management.
• Integrate AI/LLM capabilities for analysis, reporting and recommendations.
• Build dashboards for KPIs, risks, action plans and compliance status.
• Develop AI-assisted tools for evaluating evidence against standards.
• Create outputs like self-study reports and annual quality reports.
• Ensure multi-tenant SaaS architecture and secure integrations.
• Implement cybersecurity, data protection, backups and access control.
• Test, document and continuously improve the software.
