Job summary

S&K HR Consulting seeks an experienced Technical Solutions Architect & Project Manager to oversee a digital learning platform with AI-powered capabilities in Dubai. You will manage external developers, ensure security, scalability, and delivery against requirements while coordinating AI integrations and platform releases.

Strong background in SaaS/edtech platforms, cloud infrastructure, and system architecture is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
• Postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in software development, technical project management or solutions architecture.
• Experience managing outsourced or external software-development teams.
• Experience delivering SaaS, edtech, marketplace or large-scale digital platforms.
• Practical experience with AI-powered products or LLM integrations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise external software developers and technical service providers.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and tasks.
• Review system architecture, DB structure, APIs and integrations.
• Monitor progress, timelines, and technical risks.
• Review code quality, development practices and documentation.
• Ensure features meet scope and acceptance criteria.
• Oversee testing, QA, bug tracking and technical acceptance.
• Manage AI integrations, tutoring, recommendations and grading.
• Ensure platform growth supports user activity.
• Oversee cloud infrastructure, hosting, backups and DR.
• Review cybersecurity, access controls and permissions.
• Maintain ownership of code, repos, hosting and domains.
• Coordinate platform releases, updates and maintenance.
• Identify technical problems and propose solutions.
• Prepare progress and risk reports for senior management.
• Support recruitment of additional tech members.
