Job summary

Qashio is seeking a Full-Stack Engineer to own features end to end across a card and spend platform. You’ll work on React/Next.js front-ends and Node.js/NestJS back-ends, with databases and cloud delivery. This AI-native role emphasizes safe, compliant AI-assisted coding in a regulated financial environment.

You will design, build and own APIs and data models, implement secure code, and contribute to CI/CD and tooling while integrating AI capabilities responsibly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/Engineering.
• 5+ years building and running production web apps as a full-stack engineer.
• Strong front-end: React, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript.
• Strong back-end: Node.js, NestJS, TypeORM, TypeScript.
• Databases: PostgreSQL and at least one NoSQL store (MongoDB, DynamoDB, Cassandra).
• Cloud/delivery: AWS, containers, CI/CD, testing and observability.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices and API gateways.
• Secure coding practices for financial and personal data.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and own full-stack features end to end across UI, APIs and data models.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrations with third-party providers.
• Translate requirements into technical designs and trade-offs.
• Write clean, tested code with small reviewable changes.
• Troubleshoot production issues and participate in on-call.
• Ensure security, privacy and compliance in all shipped work.
• Improve development processes and CI/CD pipelines.
