Job summary

Dyson seeks a senior QA leader to define quality strategy across embedded software, apps, IoT, and cloud platforms. You will build high-performing Test & QA teams, provide technical direction for multi-platform testing, and drive innovation in automation, data-driven quality analytics, and test methods.

You will report to senior stakeholders, oversee metrics and dashboards, ensure compliance with industry standards, and collaborate with project managers, design managers, and architects on test

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a relevant engineering field.
• 15+ years in software/embedded/IoT/app/cloud testing, incl. 7+ years leading Test & QA teams.
• Proven experience managing hardware and software quality for large-scale consumer products.

Responsibilities

• Define the quality and verification strategy across embedded software, app, IoT, and cloud platforms.
• Build and lead high-performing Test & QA teams and coaches for Leads/Managers.
• Provide technical direction for system, integration, protocol, connectivity, security, and compliance testing.
