Qualifications

• 5+ years software engineering with Python and production backend experience.
• Experience with AI/LLM system design and end-to-end ownership.
• Experience building permission-aware RAG and vector stores.
• Strong cloud-native engineering fundamentals including CI/CD and observability.
• Experience implementing guardrails for safety and data privacy.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical architecture of AI/LLM systems end to end.
• Build reusable platform components and integrations.
• Translate security policy into technical controls (SSO/RBAC, data isolation).
• Establish evaluation, observability and release gates for quality, safety and latency.
• Collaborate with product teams to turn priorities into shipped solutions.
• Maintain modular, vendor-neutral architecture.
