Jumeirah Emirates Towers in Dubai is seeking a Laundry Team Lead to supervise the laundry shift and coordinate the work of the laundry team. You will ensure linen, uniforms and guest laundry are maintained in excellent condition and ready for use.

The role requires hands-on technical laundry knowledge and strong leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, at least two years in a Laundry Team Leader role in a hospitality setting, fluent English, and prior 5-star hotel

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is required.
• Minimum 2 years in a Laundry Team Leader role in hospitality.
• Previous Team Leader experience in a 5-star hotel is preferred.
• Demonstrates technical laundry knowledge and supervisory ability.

About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Laundry Team Lead to join Jumeriah Emirates Towers.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Supervise the assigned laundry shift and coordinate the work of laundry colleagues.
• To ensure linen, uniforms and guest laundry are maintained in excellent condition and are ready for use or collection.
• Apply technical laundry knowledge and experience in daily operations.
• Demonstrate honesty, flexibility, confidence, self-motivation and a positive attitude.
• To provide leadership and support to the laundry team throughout the shift.
• Undertake responsibilities detailed in the job description and support continuous operational coverage.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• High school or college graduate.
• Fluency in English.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Laundry Team Leader role within the hospitality industry.
• Previous Team Leader experience in a 5-star hotel is preferred.
• Demonstrates technical laundry knowledge and experience.
• Strong supervisory skills with the ability to handle shifts.
