Job summary

CargoX is seeking an experienced Launch Ops Lead to own client deployments end to end, from initial conversations to ramping a pilot into sustained operations. You’ll coordinate across engineering, product, operations, and commercial teams, turning vague requests into concrete launch plans and ensuring site readiness and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in Strategy, BizOps or Launch roles at high-growth tech startups or equivalent.
• Experience with regulators/public authorities or willingness to learn.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of telling a sharp story for senior stakeholders.
• Track record of turning ambiguous, cross-functional problems into delivered results.
• Ability to work across technical, operational and commercial domains.
