Job summary

You will lead partner scaling, manage escalations, train Field Support Operators, and coordinate drills. Expect travel up to 50% as you drive KPI-informed, data-driven operational excellence in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Operations Management or Program Management experience.
• Experience in AV operations preferred.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 50%.
• Strong stakeholder management and partner management skills.
• Structured, organized, and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Ability to operate in dynamic, ambiguous environments with startup-like mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead FSO partners through scaling rapid response and ongoing operations with cross-functional partners.
• Act as the main point of contact for the FSO partner, managing escalations and driving resolutions.
• Lead Field Support Operator training in partnership with AV tech partners.
• Coordinate incident response drills and audits with FSO partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify dependencies, budget needs, and KPIs.
• Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
